Circle of Support, Inc. is uniquely dedicated to providing young girls with access to resources that will help them develop into productive, responsible and successful women.  Circle of Support, Inc. has been in existence for over 10 years.  It was established by a group of professional women who saw a need to provide mentorship to African American girls in the inner-city.

The group originally known as Sister to Sister started with ten girls from Pearl C. Anderson Middle School.   Selection of these girls was through referral from the school counselor, teachers, and the Community Liaison.  The program now targets girls in Frazier Court Housing Development.

The essence of empowerment is not doing for but doing with.  FCE seeks to come alongside the people and organizations that are working for a better, more whole community and make them more effective.
